T.I.P.S.

  • Lightbulb The student must be able to choose examples of shapes or objects that have been cut into halves and fourths. They must also be able to identify shapes or objects that have not been cut into halves and fourths and explain their reasoning.

Example

  • a)  Determine all of the rectangles that are partitioned into fourths, and explain how you determined if the rectangles were not partitioned into fourths.
